NEW IDENTITY

If you are a frequent visitor to our website or someone who is in contact with us on a regular basis then you may have noticed a few changes recently. Over the past couple of months we have implemented a new company name and created a contemporary new logo and website.

We made these changes after conducting research amongst our clients, competitors and candidates. On the negative side this research highlighted that our old branding made us appear smaller than we actually were. However it also provided us with lots of positive feedback about what we do well.

The commentary from our clients was particularly illuminating. They appreciated our down-to-earth, ‘tell it as it is’ approach. They also highlighted our approachable, personable nature, our professionalism and our detailed sector knowledge as key reasons for choosing us. We decided that we needed to play to these strengths.  

As a result of the research Spindler was reborn with a strong emphasis on those elements that clients had highlighted. We decided that we needed to convey our key characteristics in a better way.

Every executive recruitment consultancy will in general have similar key selling points. They will all say they are approachable, personable, reliable and so on. However when you visit their websites – which is the first contact point for many these days – they can come across as extremely jargonistic, impersonal and cold. We have deliberately tried to avoid that by creating a website which is easy to navigate and reflects the professional, yet friendly personality of our business.

While we wanted to change our image we have tried to avoid any inconvenience to our customers so all our banking and contact details have remained the same.
